answer to our clients' need for immediate
resolution of their inquiry and troubleshooting
requirements. It was developed in accordance
to our company's standardization of our call
escalation process as well as the delineation
of Help Desk's duties and responsibilities.
With the Rapid Response Program in
place, clients simply need to dial the
