RAPID RESPONSE PROGRAM


DTSI's Rapid Response Program is Engineering's answer to our clients' need for immediate resolution of their inquiry and troubleshooting requirements. It was developed in accordance to our company's standardization of our call escalation process as well as the delineation of Help Desk's duties and responsibilities.



With the Rapid Response Program in place, clients simply need to dial the
hotline 757-TECH (757-8324) and the Command Center will immediately attend to their call.

Response time actually varies depending on client's location

Within Makati City 30 Minutes
Ortigas Area 1 Hour
Manila Area 2 Hours
Alabang Area 2 Hours
Outside Metro Manila 3 to 5 Hours

With the Rapid Response Program, DTSI anticipates an increase in customer satisfaction. Clients can expect a round-the-clock technical assistance, thus, be assured of continuity in their respective business operations.
