PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE


DTSI offers three types of Preventive Maintenance to cater to each client's specific needs. These cost-effective services feature assistance from highly skilled and experienced system engineers who deliver remote support via phone or modem for rapid response, on-site support, diagnosis, and resolution of system issues and outages. Our higly trained and certified technical team can answer your queries on system problems aas well as on their root causes. One clear benefit of our preventive maintenance services is the dramatical decrease in inventory investment capital and recurring operating expenses while having the assurance of maximum network availability.

On-site Technical Support:
The company renders assistance on trouble tracking, resolution, and restoration of operation by assigning DTSI engineers who report directly to client's premises.
Standard Maintenance:
In addition to the onsite technical support, the company agrees to provide interim unit of a defective hardware subject to inventory availability.
Comprehensive Maintenance:
In contrast to standard maintenance, a client receives a permanent hardware replacement of a defective unit subject to inventory availability.
