NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEMS
Overview:
Your network infrastructure is the basic building block on which the reliability and strength of your entire system rests. With its impressive track record, DTSI has the experience and the expertise to work with the intricacies involved in the design and construction of your network architecture. Our solutions fortify the backbone through which information exchange flows and at the same time provide remote monitoring, reporting, and management services for your IT infrastructure.
Solutions:
Virtual Private Network (VPN). A solution that enables multi-site connectivity while securing classified information communicated between transports.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Security. VPN provides you with secure universal network access. It may be configured to verify endpoint security status before allowing access, hide IP addresses, and implement session time outs to protect corporate information from unauthorized users.
Ease of use. Allows quick set up and comprehensive management of user and group access from a centralized location.
Cost effective. With automatic updates, no additional applications or complex network reconfigurations are necessary. VPN generates operational cost savings versus the traditional WAN and reduces the time spent for configuring and managing access policies. |
Network Security/Firewall secures the network perimeter from proliferation of virus threats, spam, and hacker attacks. Clients are assured of high performance content security, making this tool indispensable for sensitive business operations.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Security. You get a completely integrated, high performance content security service that protects you from hackers, application backdoors, operating system bugs, viruses, and spam mail.
Cost effective and scalable. This supports multiple IP security and VPN services without additional licensing fees, allowing migration from basic to advanced security settings with no added infrastructure investments. |
Network Management System. An application used for management of network hardware that may be configured according to the needs of your customer. This provides for centralized monitoring of network elements while generating relevant reports that evaluate the performance of your systems.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Improved operations. This application eliminates the complexity of enterprise network management by improving network performance and availability, resulting in faster processes. It frees up personnel required to maintain systems, reduces staff training expenses, and lowers operating costs.
Comprehensive. It provides seamless, end-to-end network administration of an entire transport, reducing the need for manual intervention in managing global networks. |
Network Router is a networking component used to route and filter a packet to its LAN or WAN destination. This is imperative for clients accustomed to networks with large volumes of traffic passing through the system.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Reliability. Provides secure and reliable Internet and corporate network connectivity for small and large enterprises.
Security. Secures and protects the network together with the firewall and VPN. It manages and prioritizes traffic as well as simplifies device configuration management. |
Network Switch acts as a superhighway between two or more processing locations. This eases network traffic and is useful for clients who require group segmentation and additional security in their system.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Investment protection. Its centralized architecture allows for easy upgrade of all system ports to higher level functions with simple supervisor upgrades.
Reliability and ease of use. Hardware and software-based resiliency are designed into the architecture to help minimize network downtime. It also offers centralized configuration and control of all ports for operational simplicity. |
Wireless Networking interconnects end-destinations with air as the medium using Radio Frequency signals, replacing the wired Local Area Network. This technology is suitable for executives always on the move.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Simplicity and flexibility. Voice and data connectivity made simple. In contrast to leasing lines, network ownership gives managers complete visibility into local and remote bridges.
Ease of use and cost reductions. Requires no special training or wireless experience. The network can be set up and installed within hours right out of the box, eliminating installation and recurring leased line costs.
Security and reliability. This meets or even exceeds wired network security and is easily deployed for connecting multiple remote sites to the network—ideal for interconnecting campus buildings and security systems, or integrating detached business sites. |
Multiplexer. A communications device that combines multiple channels, allowing enterprises to transmit voice and data over a single medium.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Configuration. Simplifies operations and installation with options that allow either a fixed or customized functionality for more diverse network needs.
Reduced costs. Reduces the capital investment of having to install and maintain two separate networks for clients who require a mixture of services. |
Network Computing (Servers, Desktop, and Storage) is the hardware platform that houses the application intelligence of a business and stores information/data, which may be tailored to match customer specifications.
Key features and benefits :
| |
Flexibility. With a wide range of configurations, these may be deployed in any environment to meet your specific needs.
Reliability. You are equipped with industry-standard technologies and system commonality. |
Case Study:
ICT Group Inc.
Challenge: ICT wanted to establish an outsourced contact center in the Philippines with the goal of providing consistent superior customer care solutions across multiple communication channels, while achieving significant operational cost savings.
Solution: DTSI provided the necessary IT infrastructure and designed the system to be fully compatible with ICT's existing infrastructure. We installed a system comprised of Avaya telephony and structured cabling systems, Cisco routers and servers, networking equipment and desktop PCs.
Value Created: With the help of DTSI's system integration and project management expertise.
ICT was able to complete its Philippine facility on time and achieve a 40% cost savings over budget. ICT's contact center in Manila has helped increase their market share and capture additional business opportunities. In addition to increased revenues, ICT was also able to lower operating expenses, including a 50% savings in labor costs.
