JP Morgan
Challenge: JP Morgan wanted to put up its own contact center. In line with this, the company also needed a network that would facilitate communication within the local office as well as with its offices located in India and Japan .
Solution: JP Morgan tapped DTSI for the design and implementation of its contact center facility. As part of the package, we also put in place a voice over IP based network and the Intuity Audix Voicemail System to streamline communication, not just in the Philippines but also with branches in other parts of the world.
Value Created: The IP Telephony technology effectively brought down overseas call expenses for JP Morgan thereby reducing their operating costs. The company was also able to generate savings in terms of capital expenses from having a network that is able to merge both voice and data, instead of having to maintain an infrastructure for each.
