DTSI, Lucent bring cost-effective voice and data technologies to new PeopleSupport center

Through the partnership, PeopleSupport, one of the fastest growing contact centers in the country, benefits from DTSI's integration expertise and Lucent's Packetstar PSAX Multiservice Media Gateways which enables the rapid delivery of voice and voice and data services over a single, cost-effective edge and access platform.
