CONTACT FEDERATION
OF THE PHILIPPINES
The Contact Federation of the Philippines
was established through the decision of
the top executives contact centers and of
similar industries to merge their resources
together-an effort to help the country in
becoming a call center hub.
CFP takes part in the efforts being taken by the
Philippine government in strengthening the
potentialities of the call center industry. The union
ascertains that the achievements and benefits that our
booming industry can offer are known locally and
globally.
