OPERATIONS DIVISION HEAD
- With at least 5 years experience in handling team leaders and contact center representatives
- Ability to function in a fast paced, sales driven environment


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HEAD
- With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in systems development/maintenance or computer center/network functions (AVAYA & CISCO Environment)


HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION HEAD

- With at least 5 years relevant experience
- With extensive experience in all facets of human resources, specializing in employee and labor relations


QUALITY DIVISION HEAD
- With at least 5 years experience in quality assurance functions such as defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions and interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions
- ISO experience is a plus


FINANCE DIVISION HEAD
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 5 years experience in General Accounting


ACCOUNTS DIRECTOR (INBOUND/OUTBOUND)
- With at least 4 years experience in account management gained from the contact center industry
- Effective negotiations, coaching, mentoring and delegating skills


TRAINING MANAGER
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a managerial capacity specializing in Training and Development or equivalent
- Solid understanding of training processes and practice


PROJECT MANAGER

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager gained from a contact center
- With excellent project management skills

WORK CAPACITY PLANNING MANAGER
- With skills on process management, sales and service provisioning
- Knowledgeable in preparing traffic studies in a contact center


TEAM LEADERS
- With at least 6 months experience as a Team Leader gained from a contact center
- Effective management, coaching and mentoring skills


ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least 2 years experience handling finance, general accounting and auditing functions
- With above-average communication skills


VOICE/DATA ENGINEERS

- Preferably with telecommunications background
- With strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Must be a licensed engineer


TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Knowledgeable on PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Has handled various operating systems
- With very good communication skills
- Wiling to work on shift and during holidays


SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
- Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in systems administration and configuration
- Experience in UNIX, Microsoft and other operating systems
- Appropriate certifications is a decided advantage


PROGRAMMER
- With 4 years programming experience using the following languages: Visual BAsic, SQL/PL and Oracle
- Experience with contact center applications and predictive dialers are a decided advantage


CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES

- With excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented, highly motivated and can work under pressure
- Willing to work on shifts and during holidays
