This system utilizes a transmission method that cuts-off communications between cellular phone and cellular base stations. It confuses the receiving circuits of cellular hand phone as if no cellular base station is within the service area. This is ideal in providing acoustic isolation, protecting against breach of security policy, preventing accidental eavesdropping as well as protecting against intentional eavesdropping.
